Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Non-returnable items: Customized products, perishable goods, or sale items.

Return Process:

2. Ship the item back to Shop#12 Whole Sale Plaza, Deira Dubai, UAE.
3. Once inspected, we will process a refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Refund Details:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
